purchase protection terms & conditions last updated october 1, 2025 the purchase protection policy offers a means to safeguard your investment in eligible activities these terms & conditions define when and how a claim may be made, who is eligible, and how refunds are handled ## 1 cancellation policy request timing cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase eligibility only the original payment holder (customer) may request a cancellation refund method refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment ## 2 terms & conditions ### 2 1 right to refund — eligible activities purchase protection applies to the following types of “enrolled activities” offered through regpack courses camps after school programs conferences group tours### 2 2 what is covered reimbursement (up to $2,500 usd ) may be available if the customer cannot attend the fully paid enrolled activity due to 1 ) death, accident, or illness \
 applies to the customer or an immediate family person (as defined below) for an immediate family claim to qualify, the affected person must reside in the same primary residential home as the customer at the time of the qualifying event, except when the customer is a minor if the customer is a minor, a claim based on death, accident, or illness of the customer’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) may be allowed even if they do not share the same residence ### 2 3 refund eligibility to be eligible for a refund under this policy purchase protection must be purchased at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the enrolled activity the customer experiences an inability to participate due to an unforeseen and qualifying event the inability to participate occurs after confirmed registration the event is not related to any known pre existing condition the event is unforeseen and could not reasonably have been anticipated the event is not due to a voluntary change in personal plans the enrolled activity itself has not been canceled, postponed, abandoned, or relocated by the organizer ### 2 4 limitations refunds are capped at $2,500 usd per claim, per cart other limitations and exclusions may apply as set out elsewhere in these terms ## 3 definitions customer the individual registered for an enrolled activity (the “applicant”) enrolled activity / activity any eligible offering as defined in section 2 1 immediate family persons who, at the time of the qualifying event, reside in the same primary residential home as the customer primary residential home means the permanent, fixed residence where the customer lives on a day to day basis temporary stays, occasional visits, or short term lodging arrangements (including vacations, seasonal housing, or part time cohabitation) do not qualify as primary residence covered immediate family members include spouse (or equivalent domestic partner), child(ren), parent(s), or legal guardian(s) exception for minors if the customer is a minor, then the customer’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) may be treated as “immediate family” for purposes of claims affecting the minor customer, even if not residing in the same home proof of the parental or guardianship relationship is required cart value the total refundable amount paid (including registration, processing, and service fees) inability to participate a qualifying event (e g illness, injury, death) that prevents participation in the enrolled activity effective date of coverage (for a given policy) the earlier of (i) the date the cart value is paid in full, or (ii) one day before the enrolled activity begins, provided that purchase protection was purchased at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start of the enrolled activity \
 expiration date the date the enrolled activity is scheduled to start ## 4 transition / applicability clause these revised definitions and eligibility limitations in clause 2 2 and 3 shall apply only to purchase protection policies purchased on or after october 1, 2025 all purchase protection policies purchased prior to october 1, 2025 remain governed by the terms in force as of their purchase date (the “prior terms”), and shall not be retroactively modified by this revision ## 5 claiming your right to refund ### 5 1 steps to submit a claim 1) report the event notify regpack within 30 days of the qualifying event via the “make a claim” button in your user dashboard submit documentation \
 for illness or injury a licensed physician’s note confirming the reason and impact on ability to participate date of injury/ onset symptoms and the dates of the event that the attendee must miss shall be included in the doctor's note for death a copy of the death certificate for immediate family claims the claimant must provide proof of shared residence showing that the affected immediate family member and the customer lived together in the same primary residential home at the time of the qualifying event acceptable proof may include, but is not limited to government issued identification showing the same residential address lease or mortgage documents listing both individuals utility bills, tax filings, or other official records reflecting the shared address for minor exceptions if relying on the exception for a parent or legal guardian who does not live in the same home, proof of the parental or guardianship relationship must be provided (e g , birth certificate, court order, or other official documentation) cooperate in investigation provide any additional information or clarification requested by regpack or its representatives during the review process ### 5 2 review & decision approved claims will be reimbursed up to the approved amount if a claim is denied, regpack will provide a written explanation ### 5 3 reimbursement refunds issued in the same currency as the original payment regpack is not responsible for transaction or foreign exchange conversion fees approved claimants must provide valid payout details within 30 days of approval ## 6 pro rata refund example example a customer enrolls in a $1,000 camp running july 1–july 30 if, during the second week, the customer becomes medically unable to continue, a pro rata refund (in this example, $500) may be issued for the unused portion of the service ## 7 data protection regpack will handle personal data in compliance with applicable data privacy laws (e g gdpr) for international transfers, proper safeguards will be maintained ## 8 contact for questions or further support, contact claims @regpacks com
