click on settings → payments to see your most important income metrics at a glance click the numbers to filter for users who meet the conditions total collected this shows the total funds collected in the project users the number of users who made payments payments the number of transactions that occurred so far protected shows the amount and percentage of funds that are protected by purchase protection total project due the total funds owed in the project users the number of users who owe money orders total for combined user orders secure users who have a saved payment method on file and are on an autobill plan regpack secures these funds by automatically charging the user the correct amount on the correct date autobill results in a 30% increase in your cash flow and up to 22% lower account receivables you can improve your payment collection by using system autobill or your own custom autobill plans performance this shows the funds brought in filtered by date ranges today/this week/last week, and more date ranges during which that amount of funds were received users the number of users who paid that combined total future collection automation funds covered by autobill plans with upcoming payments due users number of users with upcoming autobill payments amount amount left to be paid last processing date the final autobill day based on the plans in your project at the time total overdue payments the amount of money covered by autobill installments that have already passed this occurs when users select a plan but don't make the initial payment or if a payment method is removed (expired or deleted by admin), resulting in no way to charge the user users the number of users on autobill plans who owe money payments number of autobill installments not paid
