How to create a survey

create a new project go to settings → project settings → create new project you can copy the current project or select a template set the first form as anonymous in settings → forms → click edit form properties by a form (parent form if a group system) → turn anonymous on → update form this setting allows users to see the form without creating an account first edit form fields go to settings → forms → edit form fields → click on the field to change the text or delete the field want the survey to be anonymous? remove the name fields! this will show "missing name" for all users in user management, but you can run reports on all user data set the anonymous form as the start page go to settings → project settings → registration → change the project start page to the anonymous form you created using the dropdown menu → save this allows users to register without creating an account
